Inti Farms offers an 18-week CSA featuring organic, locally grown vegetables from June 20 to October 20. Each weekly share feeds one to two people and includes a selection of fresh greens, root vegetables, alliums, herbs, and seasonal favorites such as heirloom tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, and more. Additionally, we offer homemade sweet bread loaves made with high-quality ingredients and seasonal produce. Flavors vary per week and may include banana, carrot, zucchini, lemon with berries, pumpkin, and more breads. We also carry fresh mushrooms sourced from a local producer, with varieties changing regularly, such as oyster, lion’s mane, and others.
Ripeness tuned to Colorado and the current month.
