Our 55-acre farm is in the rolling hills of eastern Connecticut - the beautiful “Last Green Valley.” We are committed to humane and sustainable methods for our premium quality livestock and produce. We grow vegetables, fruit, and mushrooms, and our farm livestock includes lambs, meat chickens, laying hens and Nubian goats. Our main product is lamb. Our small flock of Katahdin lambs is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. This produces a mild, lean meat that is tender and succulent. We use rotational grazing methods to ensure our animals eat their fill of fresh, lush grass every day. We are also very proud of our broiler chickens. They are raised along with the lambs on our beautiful green pastures. Our customers are amazed at the tenderness and flavor of our birds. Our farm and our products are truly special. We look forward to seeing you!
