Pete's Produce Farm

North Franklin, Connecticut

Pete's Produce is a small 10 acre farm in Franklin CT on a historic property that been in existence for over 250 years. I grow hard neck garlics, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, carrots, leeks, kale, peas, beans, various fingerling potatoes, summer/winter squash, pumpkins, melons, beans, lettuces, radishes, lettuces and argula. I do grow some fruit mostly blueberries and strawberries. I also grow Sunflowers.

Directions

Picking opens with strawberries in May and finishes with squash in October — 18 crops in all, on Connecticut season dates.

As of October: apples, pumpkins and grapes at peak; tomatoes, peppers and squash close to finished.
